In August 2018 Southern Ductwork Services were awarded a design and build contract to change the use of an originally Victorian building, the Roffen Club, which is currently a private sports club and wedding venue, into a private school as part of the Trinity Schools group, a large private education facility based in Kent. The contract involved the complete strip out of the mechanical services and the design and installation of modern replacement equipment.

This involved the installation of Daikin VRF systems, HRU and associated ductwork, plumbing and heating services.

The project is ongoing and is currently 2/3rds complete and full completion is expected to be July 2019.
