In August 2017 Southern Ductwork Services was awarded the contract to install ductwork to 309 new build apartments at 145 City Road London for Hanover Building Services, on behalf of Mace Construction.

The works included the installation of free issue MVHR units, supply and installation of bespoke galvanised rectangular ductwork, grille plenums installation of grilles and diffusers in 17 types of apartment over 39 floors. Southern Ductwork Services works included the auditing of each floors works for sign off by the PC (Mace Construction). A full time site supervisor was supplied by Southern Ductwork Services to carry out day to day site management, material ordering and local design issues.

The works were complete in April 2019, on time and with minimal disruption.
