In February 2020 SDS were awarded the contract to install the ventilation services in the refurbishment of Claridges Hotel, Mayfair, West London.

The contract includes the installation of ventilation services, including MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery) systems in 114 new bedrooms. The contract coincided with the COVID 19 pandemic and the site was closed during the first lockdown.

This project is ongoing and is due for completion at the end of 2021.
